The team has the most amazing work ethic I’ve seen in a very long time. The arrive at 8 in the morning, clean up after themselves (not like any other electrician I have ever met) and when their work is not done at close of business, they arrive at 8 tomorrow morning again. It is the best experience I’ve had with any service provider.

What a Fantastic company - from Justin who initially sold us the system, to Thuso who attended to the actual installation, to Jeremiah who did the final handover of all the necessary documents - i.e. electrical Certificate of Compliance, structural engineer’s report, etc etc. The installation was done in the most professional manner, they arrived timeously, they completely cleared up any (unavoidable) mess made, the entire team was pleasant and Thuso, in particular, went out if his way to explain the system to us and made sure we understood. (We are oldies so struggled a bit with the whole concept!) Justin answered the couple of queries we had promptly and all in all it’s one of the best companies we have ever had dealings with! What a pleasure!

Installation was done under some pressure from me as we were expecting overseas visitors. Due to this there were some minor issues which were attended to promptly and with a smile. After sales service has been fantastic and all requests for help have been attended to promptly. Would recommend ATSolar.
