What a Fantastic company - from Justin who initially sold us the system, to Thuso who attended to the actual installation, to Jeremiah who did the final handover of all the necessary documents - i.e. electrical Certificate of Compliance, structural engineer’s report, etc etc. The installation was done in the most professional manner, they arrived timeously, they completely cleared up any (unavoidable) mess made, the entire team was pleasant and Thuso, in particular, went out if his way to explain the system to us and made sure we understood. (We are oldies so struggled a bit with the whole concept!) Justin answered the couple of queries we had promptly and all in all it’s one of the best companies we have ever had dealings with!
